We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage our high volume of ad campaigns. This position is critical to our success, as you'll be interfacing with all departments and our customers. This position’s work is visible from the highest levels of the company and we are looking for smart, driven people to take us to the next level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Media planning, publisher negotiation, and contract execution
Creative testing and approval
Setup and trafficking of online advertising campaigns
Client and publisher report analysis
Daily campaign analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization
Ad unit research, design, and QA
Publisher prospecting and network expansion
REQUIREMENTS:
Performed media planning or buying at a major online ad agency
Performed campaign management at a major web publisher
Experience with AdPlan and/or Netratings
Experience with DoubleClick and/or Atlas
Strong knowledge of HTML, Flash, and Java Script
Excellent organizational and communication skills, specifically the ability to interact with clients, publishers, and internal groups
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Extremely detail oriented and aggressively proactive
Strong analytical skills
Deep Excel experience
Appetite for responsibility and desire to grow with a small company
Bachelors Degree required, undergraduate experience in mathematics, economics, or science preferred
